דיגיטאַלע מיוּקאָזע קיסט (Digital mucous cysts) זענען אַ טיפּ פֿון גאַנגליאָן (ganglion) וואָס איז אָפט געפֿונען אויף דער האַנט. אַ גאַנגליאָן איז אַ ווייך-געוויקטער טומער וואָס איז געפֿונען נעבן אַ געװינק אָדער טענדאָן. אַ דיגיטאַלע מיוּקאָזע קיסט שטײט פֿון דער דראָזאַם פֿון דער דיסטאַל אינטערפאַלאַנגעאַל געװינק (DIP-געװינק). דיגיטאַלע מיוּקאָזע קיסטס האָבן אָפט אַ פֿאַרבינדונג מיט אונטערליגנדיק DIP-געװינק אָסטיאָאַרטעריטיס (osteoarthritis).
Digital mucous cysts are a type of ganglion commonly found on the hand. A ganglion is a soft tissue tumor that is found next to a joint or tendon. A digital mucous cyst is a ganglion that arises from the dorsum of the distal interphalangeal joint (DIP joint). Digital mucous cysts commonly have an association with underlying DIP joint osteoarthritis.
